Prescription eyewear is made to the specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your prescription information is accurate. We verify all prescriptions before production.

3. Returns and refunds

Unworn frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Limitation of liability

4Doptical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
